- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves for garnish
Steps to make to make Rajesthan special Gaate ke Rice
- First washed andsoaked rice in water for 1 hour.
- Then boil water add oil, turmeric and Big cardamom..add soaked rice and cooked 95 percent...and stain it...let it cool down.
- Then take a bowl add all the gatta ingredients mix well and make a dough.
- Then take a small ball and make long rolls.and boiled in water...till 15 min..when bubbles come on gatta...then stain gatta water
- Let it cool gatta and cut pieces and frying in oil.
- Then take a wok add ghee put bay leaf, Asafoetida, cumin seeds,Ginger saute. It...Then add onion saute it and all spices and cooked rice mix well.
- Then cover rice with plate and cook 5 to 7 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
