- Dissolve orange food colour and kewra to the milk.Pour over rice.Garnish with mint-coriander leaves and brown onion.
- Cover the lid,cook on lowest flame for 10 minutes.
- Open after 10 minutes.Aloo mutton biryani is ready to be served.Serve with raita.
