  2. 500 gms rice
  3. 1 tbsp chicken powder
  4. 2 tbsp Salt for boiling rice
  5. 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  6. For Chicken sauce 🐔🏵️
  7. 500 gms Chicken cubes (small)
  8. 1 tbsp Ginger Julienne
  9. 4 _5 Green chillies cut in strips
  10. 2 tbsp Oil
  11. 4 _5 tbsp Tomato puree
  12. 1 tsp or more Red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp Salt
  14. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  15. 3 _4 tbsp corn flour
  16. 2 _3tbsp ketchup
  17. For veggies layer🏵️
  18. 1 cup Carrots🥕🥕
  19. Capsicums cut in cubes or strips hai
  20. 1 cup Green onions
  21. 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  22. 1 tsp Soya sauce
  23. 1 tsp Salt
  24. 1 tsp Black pepper
  25. For drizzling sauce 🏵️
  26. 1 _1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  27. 1 tbsp Curry powder
  28. Little water
  29. 1/2 packet Spaghetti
  30. For Tarka
  31. 2 tbsp oil
  32. 2 garlic big cloves sliced

Steps to make to make Singaporean rice

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, corn flour and black pepper for 1/2 hr or more than fry it but don't overcook as we have to cook in sauce also.
  2. Boil spaghetti with salt and little oil and drain, add yellow colour if you like (optional)
  3. Boil rice in water with chicken cube /powder, salt and oil boil completely and strain
  4. Stir fry vegetables in little oil with salt, black pepper and little soy sauce and take them out
  5. In same wok /pan heat oil add ginger julienne and green chillies and just fry for few sec add salt red chilli powder and tomato puree and cook add little water to cook, add chicken and cook till tender and thick sauce.
  6. In a bowl mix Mayonnaise with some water to make thin and add curry powder it should be of pouring consistency. Add green onions in it.
  7. Assemble it, :There are
    Different ways
    1_Make layers and put in preheated oven for dum
    2_in pot or wok n dum like biryani
    _In an open pot put some oil than some rice than 1/2 veggie layer, than 1/2 spaghetti n mayo sauce, than half chicken layer than again repeat till top rice layer, put on Tawa /hot griddle
  8. Put tarka on it yes it's necessary for it heat oil and put garlic slices and green chillies (optional) when they turn golden brown pour on rice and cover and dum /steam them for few mins like we do for pulao n biryani believe me it gives such a good aroma and taste.
  9. Take out carefully on serving platter, if you put in oven for dum use the serving dish n make layers on it cover with foil n dum n on serving time serve as it. Drizzle mayo sauce on it
