- Then separate the chicken in other bowl, keep aside
- Do not throw chicken boiled water which was in cooker
- Use the boiled chicken water to cook basmati rice.....
- In other bowl take some Mandi masala 2 tbsp, oil 5 tbsp,salt according to your taste, red food colour, lemon juice 3tbsp
- Take the boiled chicken and marinate the mixture
- In pan add butter fry the marinate chicken
- Take the chicken and place it above the basmati rice then close the lid of the pot.... For sometime.
