  19. Dipping Sauce
  20. 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  21. Pinch salt
  22. 1 tbsp vinegar
  23. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  24. 1 tbsp chilli oil

Steps to make to make Veggie dumplings

  1. Soak the cabbage in water,chop the cabbage into small pieces,add a spoon full of salt and marinate it for 10mins then squeeze out the water, then combine it with finely chopped carrots and green onions
  2. Add Pinch of salt, 1/2tsp of 13 spices powder, add cornflour in portions till the mixture sticks well,then poke a hole in the middle
  3. Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the steamer,put on the dumplings and steam it for 8 mins till then prepare the dipping sauce.Serve the dumpling direct from the steamer with dipping sauce.
