  2. 2 cups cooked Rice
  3. 1 tbsp Oil
  4. 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

  7. 2-3 Dry Red Chillies
  8. 1/2 tsp Salt

Steps to make to make Curd Rice

  1. Add Rice and Curd to a bowl. I always prefer freshly prepared Rice for this. However it can be made with leftover one too. Add Salt as desired. Mix well and let it aside.
  2. Prepare the tempering now. Heay Oil and add Mustard Seeds. Let them splutter a bit. Now add Curry Leaves and Dry Red Chillies too.
  3. Add this tempering to the Curd Rice and mix. All ready to be enjoyed with a bit of Pickle and Curd Chillies. Or as it is. Yum!
