- Add baking soda in batter and mix well.
- Heat uttapam pan, add batter on it, spread vegetables mixture on it, press gently.
- Sprinkle little oil on it for crispiness. Cover it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
- Release sides with stapula and flip it, cook for another 2 minutes so that it get golden brown (Do not cover)
