  1. Soak rice for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat water in pot.boil rice.
  3. Remove.

  4. Keep aside
  5. For green Rice
  6. Take garlic, green chilli & coriander leaves make paste.
  7. Put pot on heat. Put one spoon oil put one chopped onion cook till pink.
  8. Now put capsicum, boiled green peas green paste and salt.
    mix.
  9. Put 1/3 portion of boiled rice mix & keep aside.
  10. For red rice.

    put pot on heat put oil now put chopped onion cook pink.
  11. Put tomato puree, salt, finely chopped carrot and red chilli powder mix.
  12. Now add 1/3 portion of rice and mix.
    Remove and keep aside.
  13. For White rice.

    put pot on heat. Put oil now put whole jeera.
  14. Now put small pieces of paneer & salt mix.
  15. Now mix 1/3 portion of rice.
    remove keep aside.
  16. Plating
    Take a medium-size bowl.
  17. First take red rice fill 1/3 portion of bowl with it.
  18. Now take white rice.spread white rice on red rice. level evenly.
  19. Lastly spread green rice on top of white rice.
    Level
  20. Take plate & tern bowl upside down on plate.
  21. Serve with curd, salad and papad.
