  14. 2 tsp = cumin powder
  15. 1 tsp = garam masala powder
  16. 1/2 tsp = jaifal jawatri powder
  17. 1/2 tsp = zarda color
  18. 1/4 bunch = fresh coriander leaves
  19. 1/4 = bunch mint leaves
  20. 1 tsp = kewra essence

Instructions to make to make Egg Biryani

  1. Boil eggs and shallow fry keep aside
  2. In a big pot Heat oil or ghee fry sliced onion till golden brown add g.g paste until golden brown,
  3. Add spices,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,star anise and tomatoes bhunofy well,
  4. Add fried potatoes and cook.
  5. Then make a layer of 4 to 5 green chillies,1/4 bunch mint lesves and 1/4 bunch fresh coriander leaves over gravy.Now make a layer of boiled rice.
  6. Top with boiled eggs,jaifal jawatri powder,garsm masala powder,kewra and 1/2tsp yellow colour,Allow simmering for 10 to 12 mints
  7. Serve with raita and sslad.
