  9. 2 black cardamom
  10. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg & mace
  11. 3 star anise
  12. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  13. 3-4 bay leaves
  14. 2 medium onion
  15. 1/2 cup curd
  16. 1 tablespoon funnel seeds
  17. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  18. 11-12 green chilies
  19. 2 medium tomatos (fine slices)
  20. 5-6 achari green chilies
  21. 1/4 cup cilantro & mint (finely chopped)
  22. 1/3 cup cooking oil
  23. Salt to taste
  24. Water as required

Steps to make to make Special Mutton Pulao

  1. Sab se pehly to mutton ko boil karlyn. Sirf 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste & salt add karyn aur blkul thory se pani me boil karlyn. Meny cooker me boil kia tha 2 glass pani dal k. Q k ziada pani me nhn boil karna.
  2. Chawal bhiga dyn.
  3. Sara garam masala mota mota kot lyn.
  4. Ab blender me dahi piaz hari mirchyn sonf aur dhania dal k blend karlyn aur fine paste bana lyn.
  5. Pot me oil gram karyn. Gram masala dal k halka sa fry karyn aur aloo add kar k 3-4 mint tak fry kryn medium flame par. Sath hi aloo ka namak bhi add kardyn.
  6. Ab meat add karyn aur sath hi piaz aur dahi wala mixture add kardyn.
  7. Dahi ka pani khush hony tak medium flame par hi pkayn gy mazed pani add nhn karna isi me aloo bhi achi trhan gal jayn gy aur jab pani dry hojaye ga to yakhni jo thi jis me meat boil kia tha wo add kardyn. Agar chawlon k hisab se yakhni kam hy to extra tap water bhi add karskty hyn.
  8. Hara dhania podina tmater aur hari mirchy yh add kardyn. Dhania podina fine cut karlyn lekintmatar thory mazeed bareek katyn gy round shape me aur hari mirchy jo hum karahi aur achar gosht me use karty hyn wo wali add karyn gy. (mery pas wo wali michyn available nhn thein to meny regular wali green chilies hi add kardein)
  9. Pani me boil aty hi chawal add karyn gy aur chawlon ka namak dal dyn gy. Nmak ko adjust ap apny tase k hisaab se karyie.
  10. Ab pani me boil any k bad dhak dyn aur jab pani absorb hojaye to pulao ko dum lagadyn. Dum lgaty huye ap kewra bhi add karsty hyn lekinyh blkul optional hai.
  11. Yeh lejiye mazydar special puloa ready hyn ab ap isy serve karyn aur yaqeen karyn is k sath raita salad chutney ki zarorat hi nhn hai. Isy apny khaty hi waah waah karni hai in Sha Allah ❤️
