Instructions to make to make Chilli Pulao

  1. Soak rice for few hours.
  2. Slice the onions and tomatoes.
  3. Roughly cut the chillies.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add in onions and fry till light golden.
  6. Add in chilli paste,ginger garlic,chicken,tomatoes and all the spices.
  7. Bhoono all well.
  8. Add in yoghurt and mix.
  9. Cook covered till chicken and tender and gravy thickens.
  10. Add in chillies,cumin and rice.
  11. Cook till water evaporates.
  12. Cook covered on dum for 10-15 minutes.
  13. Serve hot.
