- 3.4 teaspoon raw rice
- 4 Red chilli(suka)
- 4 .Green chilli

- as required .Ginger few strips
- as required .Coriander leaves few
- 500 grams Thick curd
- as per needed .For decoration carrot one no(grated) sevai or boondi
- as required .Coconut grated quarter glass, ginger, jeera one teaspoon
- 3 .Green chilli
- 350 grams Refined oil
Instructions to make to make Daki Vada(South Indian Style)
- First soak Urad dal in warm water for 25minutes and also add green chilli, red chilli, curry leaves, poha and little bit of raw rice. After 25minutes drained the water take a mixie grinder grind it into smooth paste with the help of ice cube you can concert the batter into double... After grinding into smooth paste take from the gri der tranfer into vessel add salt keep it in a fridge.. For sometime.



- In the meanwhile you can able to do remaining procedure next take onion, cut your chilli, cut your curry leaves mix coriander leaves and mix with vada batter.



- Take big vessel add daki, and with the spatula mix your curd. Keep it aside.. Take a mixie grinder grind coconut, jeera, green chilli, curry leaves when everything all the materials turned into fine paste. Add this mixture to your curd mixture add some salt keep it aside..



- Make sure your curd will be good texture and good taste...



- Take two onion cut into small pieces add to your vada mix heat your kadaipouring refined oil let them, heat for sometime. Then, reduce your gas flame in your palm take vada mixture give good size of vada mix give flat shape and adding center hole into it when you drop in your heating oil, it will automatically fall down. Because you are applying water in your by practice your shape will be perfect.. In another vessel pour some hot water keep it aside.. Fry your daki vada into golden colour take



- Keep it aside.



- It from your vessel. Keep and soak thr vada into hot water, for few seconds and squeeze the excess water without not losing the shape keep it in a tray..



- Already prepared Daki Masala you can pour in to your fried daki let them soak for sometime and decore with grated carrot, boondi, coriander leaves add chat masala, little bit of salt, red chilli powder.. And finally enjoy your Daki vada with coffee or tea it is up to your choice.
