- 1 tbsp fried onion
- 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

- Soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. boil water and add soaked rice when it is halfly done, drain the water and cover it with a lid and keep it aside...Heat a pan, add oil, add marinated paneer and saute till it is lightly brown. Remove it and keep it aside.
- Heat up a deep sauce pan, add oil and ghee, add all spices, add onion and saute it then add tomato and cook for some time when the tomato is cooked,add all masalas and mix it well, add curd and mix it properly. Add marinated paneer and give a quick mix. Layer cooked rice on it and top it with mint leaves, coriander Leaves, Kesar milk, and some fried onion. Cover it with a lid and allow to cook for 5 to 10 minutes on slow flame.
