  18. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  19. 3 tbsp Red chilli powder
  20. 2 tsp Red chilli flasks
  21. 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  22. 1 bunch Podina
  23. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  24. 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
  25. 7-10 Dried plum
  26. 1 cup Oil
  27. drop Yellow food colour few
  28. 4 tbsp Fry Onion
  29. 1 tbsp Kewra water
  30. 1/2 cup Oil
  31. 1 tsp Sugar
  32. 1/4 tsp Jayfal, Jawatri elechi powder

Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani

  1. Take a pan put oil and make fry onion light golden & take out half fry onion in other plate
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste,zeera, haldi powder and cook 2-3 minutes then add chicken cook it altleast 10-12 mins.
  3. Then add driend plum, knorr chicken cubs,curd, chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt, red chilli flasks, coriander powder, garam masala, green chilli, mint, coriander leaves then cover and cook till meat tender and cook very well (Don’t add water).
  4. Wash up the rice for 2-4 hours then boiled rice with salt and whole spices cook as long as rice is not completely done. Then remove the water of rice.
  5. Then take out half rice in other plate to make the upper layer of rice.
  6. Put meat mixture on rice, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boiled rice, put sugar, add kewra water, jayfal jawatri elechi powder mixed. 2 tbsp. oil, boil aloo,add food colour, podina then cover it.
  7. Put on dum for 15 mins at low flame
  8. Now Chicken Biryani is ready.serve with salad.
