  19. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  20. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  21. 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  22. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  23. 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  1. Take a kneading bowl add Khichadi, grated bottlegourd, both the flours.
  2. Along with all masalas, ginger garlic paste, Chilli paste, salt, sugar. Mix it well.
  3. According add curd. Knead a soft dough. Roll it with hands and make all rolls. Take hot water in steamer on Medium flame.
  4. Put them in the greased steamer dish. Place the dish in steamer. Close the lid and make flame high. Steam it for 30-40 min. Check it with tooth pick. Off the flame. And let cool down completely. Then cut them into round pieces
  5. For Tempering:. Take a kadhai/ pan on low flame. Add oil b mustard seeds, let it crackled. Now add sliced green chillies, Curry leaves, sesame seeds.
  6. With red chilli powder. Add all cut Muthiya and mix it well. Now add Powdered sugar and squeeze lemon.mix it and sprinkle Chopped coriandor leaves.
  7. Muthiya is ready.
