- 2 Cardamom
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- to taste Salt
Steps to make to make Steam chicken biryani
- 1st we will marinate chicken: put Curd and all the spices and green chillies, coriander leaves, fried onions,oil, Everest chicken masala powder,food color, in the chicken and cover it for the marinate for 2 hrs.


- Now take a bowl and add water and bay leaves, cordomom,clove and oil and boiled it until it becomes bubble water and then add rice in it and half cook the rice.


- After half cook rice drain it and then take a another vessel and add marinated chicken and put some water in it and then half cooked rice and then add ghee, biryani masala, coriander leaves and food color.
- Now switch on your gas and cook biryani in high flame for 5 min and cook it in medium flame for 5 min and then cook it in low flame for 20min and then switched off your gas and open your biryani after 15min.now our biryani is ready to serve.
