  11. 3 Onion
  12. 2 tomato
  13. 1 Capsicum Coriander
  14. 1 Star Anise
  15. 1 inch Cinnamon
  16. 10 Black Pepper
  17. 2 Cardamom
  18. 4 Cloves
  19. 1 tsp Salt
  20. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  21. 1/4 cup Curd Oil

Steps to make to make Paneer tikka biryani

  1. Wash & soak rice for 30 minutes. In a bowl add curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix it well. Now add paneer, onion, capsicum into it & marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Shallow fry this paneer in butter. Take pan add oil, cloves, black pepper, star anise, cinnamon, chopped onion, tomatoes, cumin powder, kasuri methi, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt & garam masala.   Also, add the remaining mixture of marinated paneer & lastly add fried paneer pieces. Cook it well.
  3. In a pan add purified butter, cumin seeds, black pepper, cardamoms, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, water & boiled rice. Cook it for 10 minutes & after 10 minutes drain excess water with the help of a sieve.   Heat a pan & add purified butter into it then spread paneer tikka in an even layer, spread the rice evenly over it also pour the mixture of saffron & milk into it.
  4. Sprinkle some mint leaves, coriander, fried onion, purified butter on top.   Place foil paper on the pan & close the lid lightly & cook for 10 minutes on low flame.   Serve this delicious biryani with curd!
